INNOMAK follows up-to-date production technologies and creates its machinery in this direction. By aiming the lean production technique; It has adopted the machines and methods to obtain the finished product in an unmanned and single operation. All machines in the machine park have automatic rod loading system. While this features productivity at the maximum level, provide the competitive price by reduce the minimize employee needs.

Area of Machine

The machine park consists of Cnc Sliding Workbenches, Cnc lathes and Cnc automats. All of the machines are multi-axis and operations that require additional operations such as milling, drilling off-axis holes, and threading are performed on the bench.

The machines provide high and repeatable measurement senivity at high cutting speed. With the existing machine park, over 6 million parts are produced annually for all sectors that including machining, especially the automotive sector.

Engineering

In addition to machining,we are worked with customer design team on issues such desing, tolerance and choosing of raw material. At the beginning of the Project,customers provide improving with engineering services by we are gave. By participating in customer FMEA studies during the design phase, we are involved in prevention and risk reduction studies by identifying the points where there is a high probability of quality problems on the parts.
